For more than a decade, Tobogã has had a team dedicated to creating unique and unforgettable moments with all those who love nature, the outdoors and are passionate about travel and adventure experiences.

We have always had safety, integrity and excellence as our core values, and now, more than ever, we are committed to providing experiences with all safety measures so that our customers feel comfortable enjoying new adventures.

Despite the pandemic context in which we live, Tobogã wants to continue to make a difference in moments of leisure and fun for all those who come to visit us. In this sense, we adjusted our tours and our working methods to face COVID-19 and support the community in which we operate.

WHAT HAS CHANGED IN OUR TOURS?

WE HAVE MINIMIZED CONTACTS TO MAINTAIN THE SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES AND CLIENTS!

Canyoning

Smaller groups - We have reduced the size of the groups and privileged small groups of up to 6 people and where the gathering of customers from different groups will be avoided.

E-bike

Tours in self-guided mode - For you to enjoy E-Bike activities safely, we give you the possibility to experience the nature tour in self-guided mode, thus promoting distance.

WHAT HAS CHANGED IN OUR WORK METHOD?

HYGIENE AND SECURITY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PART OF OUR VALUES!

Our priority is to guarantee the safety of our employees and customers and we have been implementing or reinforcing a set of preventive measures to guarantee safety.

Protection

Whenever possible and necessary, we provide masks and gloves for the entire team in order to protect our employees and customers.

The clients must bring their own mask to use until the moment of the activity.

Social Distance

We promote social distance before, after and during our tours, so that you can enjoy each experience with maximum safety and comfort.

DISINFECTION

To proceed with the disinfection of equipment, the customer removes his own equipment and places it in the washing containers. Like our previous procedures, disinfection always occurs at the end of the activity with the recommended detergents.

 

EQUIPMENT

Each customer must disinfect their hands before collecting their personal protective equipment. It is the customer who handles his own equipment, prioritizing to contactless.

 

Booking

In order to guarantee the safety of everyone, customers should carry out a COVID-19 questionnaire where we will be askin information regarding possible symptoms, the last places they have been and if the clients has had contact with someone infected.
